Restaurant manager was exceptionally good in taking care of our needs. Excellent chefs and great food. Even if things were not on the menu they take initiative to provide what you need and also ensure food and taste is up to the standards you require. Very comfortable stay. Overall 10/10”

“the photos on the website were completely different. had serious cleanliness issues. Cockroaches everywhere. no way near the 3-star rating they claimed. ”

“The room was impossibly dark giving an overall sense of dinginess that under scrutiny was fully deserved. The carpets and furnishings were well worn and there was an overall sense of tired malaise about the whole environment. The much vaunted evening buffet was of a comparable condition having been prepared well in advance of anticipated dining times. Equally the breakfast lacked the freshness of immediate preparation. The staff were enthusiastic and helpful but I suspect needing more guidance……
